Scube Buildcon Private Limited is based at Suprabhat Society in Airoli, right in Sector 15. Our office is at E9/0:4, and that is where we do all the planning and back-end stuff for our construction jobs. Airoli is a good spot in Navi Mumbai because it is well-connected to Thane and other nearby places. We spend a lot of our time out on the field, though. Building stuff is messy work and it takes a lot of coordination with different guys and suppliers to get everything right. We aren’t some huge corporate entity; we are just a local private limited company trying to make it in the building industry. Some days are definitely better than others, especially when the rains stay away and we can get our work done on schedule. We handle various building tasks. It’s mostly about getting structures up and making sure they are done correctly. We don’t really do any big marketing or have a polished sales team. Most of our work comes from people seeing our sites or hearing about us from others. The office in Suprabhat Society is where we keep our tools and records, but the real work happens on the muddy ground. We have a small crew that we have worked with for a long time, and we just keep at it day by day. It is a tough business with plenty of competition around here, but we have our own way of working and it seems to do the job.
