Our office is over in Nerul, specifically in Section 23. We are located in the Habitat Chs building, which is on plot number A46/47. If you know the area, we are right near the Darave Police Station. It’s a good landmark to give people when they are trying to find us. We’re in flat number B 601. The building is quite nice and well-maintained. We’ve been operating Scon High Land Developer Llp from here for some time. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, though you hear the sirens from the police station every now and then. The office itself is a regular flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks. One room is mostly for files and storage. The main area has our desks and computers. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name on the door. It’s a practical way to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at project details. Nerul is a growing area, and being near the station is handy for those of us who take the train. We usually stay late to finish up the day's tasks. There’s a sense of just getting on with things here. We don’t do much in terms of marketing or big presentations. We just focus on the development work we have in front of us. It’s a simple, honest setup in a good part of Navi Mumbai. We've been here for a while.
