SB BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS LLP

SB Builders and Developers LLP operates out of the Giriraj building. We are located at number 3, which is right in the Salasar Brijbhoomi area. The big landmark near us is the flyover bridge, so we hear the traffic quite a bit throughout the day. It’s a convenient spot because it’s easy for people to find once they get near the bridge. The office itself is pretty simple. We have the usual things you’d expect, like desks and some project maps on the walls. We spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons usually involve a lot of meetings or phone calls. It isn’t the quietest place given the location, but we like being where the action is. Most of the people who come by are locals or people who have heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We just tell it like it is. If a job is going to take time, we say so. Working near the flyover means we see a lot of people passing by every day. It’s a good reminder of how much the city is growing. We just do our part in that growth from our little corner in Salasar Brijbhoomi. It’s a basic setup but it works for the kind of building work we handle. We just stay focused on the work and keep the tea hot.
