You can find Saya Nirman LLP over in Kalwa, specifically in Saya Park near the TMC Garden. We’re in room 705. It’s a busy area, but being behind the garden gives us a little bit of a break from the noise. We handle a lot of construction work around Thane and the surrounding areas. The team here is pretty small, mostly people who have been in the building trade for a long time. We don't have a lot of fancy office furniture or anything. We just have our desks, our computers, and a lot of rolled-up plans. Every morning starts with a check on the various sites. There’s always some issue with materials or labor that needs sorting out. We don’t mind it, though. It’s what we know. Kalwa is a good place to be based because we can get to the main highway pretty fast. We’ve seen the area change a lot since we first started. Our focus is just on getting the work done right and on time. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing our boards at construction sites. We try to be fair and honest with everyone we deal with, from the suppliers to the workers. It’s a tough business sometimes, but it’s satisfying to see a project finally come together after months of hard work and planning.
