You can find Satre Realities Llp over in Vartak Nagar. We are located in the Vedant Complex. Specifically, we are in Building D1, using units G3 and G4. It is a ground floor spot, which is very convenient for us. The complex is a nice residential area with lots of families living around. It feels very safe and quiet compared to the main roads. Our office is a combined space of two units. It is not very large, but it is enough for our small team. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come to talk about property. The walls are a plain color and we have some old files stacked up in the corner. We don't have any fancy lighting or modern art. It is just a normal workplace. We spend our time looking at listings and helping people understand the local real estate market. The windows look out onto the common area of the complex, so we see kids playing or people walking their dogs. It makes the day go by nicely. We have become friends with some of the residents here. Sometimes we have a bit of trouble with the plumbing, but that is just part of being in an older complex. We like it here because it feels like we are part of the neighborhood. It is a simple, honest way to run our business and it works well for us.
