SARVASHRUT PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is tucked away in Koparkhairane, specifically in Plot No. 6 over at Sector-4A. If you know the area, we are in the Krishna Empire building on the fifth floor, room 502. It’s a decent spot in Navi Mumbai, not too far from the station if you catch a rickshaw. We started Sarvashrut Projects because we saw a lot of work needed to be done in the neighborhood. Every morning is pretty much the same, we climb up to the fifth floor and start going through the project files. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the drawings and the site schedules. We handle various types of project work, mostly focused on the construction side of things. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of people, just a dedicated group of folks who know how to handle a site. Sometimes things get messy with delays or materials not showing up, but that is just part of the reality of this business. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take on a job and try to finish it without too many headaches. Being in Koparkhairane is good because we are close to our sites. Most of the staff lives nearby so we don't have those long Mumbai commutes. It makes the workday a bit more manageable for everyone involved here and we stay busy throughout the year.
