Santosh Hair Cutting Salon

Santosh Hair Cutting Salon is located on G B Road, right in the Azad Nagar-Thane West area. We are near the Azad Nagar Naka, which is always busy with traffic and people moving around. The shop is small and smells like aftershave and talcum powder most of the time. We have three chairs for cutting hair and a couple of plastic stools for people waiting their turn. It gets pretty noisy outside with the horns and buses, but inside it is just the sound of scissors clicking. We do basic haircuts, shaves, and sometimes a head massage if someone asks for it. The mirrors are a bit old but clear. We use those blue plastic spray bottles for water. Most of our customers are men from the neighborhood who just want a quick trim before work or on their day off. Sometimes we keep the radio on, playing old songs or the news. The floor gets covered in hair pretty fast, so we sweep it up every hour or so. It is a straightforward place. We don’t have fancy chairs that lean back all the way, but they are comfortable enough for fifteen minutes. The towels are washed every day at the back. We open early because that is when people like to come. It is just a regular local barber shop where you can get your hair cut and hear a bit of gossip about the area.
