SANGHARSH HOMES CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is a small business that works out of Titwala. We are based in Room No. 2 of Chawl No. 1, in the Sangharsh Pragatikondheri area. Titwala West is where we do most of our work. Our office is not what you would call fancy. It is a basic room in a chawl, which is where we feel most at home. We started this company to build houses for people in this community. We don't have a big staff or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. When you are building homes, you have to be careful with every detail, and that’s what we try to do. We spend our days dealing with suppliers, talking to masons, and making sure the work at the site matches what is on the paper. It is often hot and dusty work, and we don't always get things perfect on the first try, but we always make sure the end result is solid. People around here know us as the guys who are always busy with some project or another. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in Maharashtra; we just want to do right by the people who trust us to build their homes.
