If you head over to Navi Mumbai near the Tata Cancer Hospital, you’ll find us in Sector 35G. We are located in the Arihant Anaya building, C Wing, Flat No. 912. It’s a high spot on the ninth floor, which gives us a bit of a view of the area. We’ve been operating Samihika Construction from this plot for some time now. Navi Mumbai is always growing, and there is always a new project starting somewhere nearby. We spend our time managing the logistics of construction—getting the right people to the right place and making sure the supplies don't disappear from the site. It’s a lot of coordination and, honestly, a fair bit of stress when things don't go right. But we enjoy the challenge. We aren't a big, polished firm with a marketing department. We are just a local team that knows the building codes and the local contractors. Most of our meetings happen over a simple table with some tea and a lot of maps spread out. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with big words. We just want to get the apartments and shops built so they are safe and useful for the people moving in. Being near Plot 4, we see the hustle of the city every day, and it keeps us motivated to finish our own projects on time. It is tough work, but it feels good to see it through.
