Sakthi Jayakumar Construction (Opc) Private Limited is run out of an apartment, D 802 in the Volga building at Casa Rio Palava. It’s part of the Lodha Heaven area in Dombivali East, over in the Kalyan Thane district. Since it's an OPC, it's a smaller setup, which suits us just fine. We don't have a big glass office in a skyscraper. Instead, we work from here and spend most of our time out at construction sites across Thane. Being in Palava means we are right in the middle of a lot of new development. The commute can be a bit of a pain sometimes with the traffic around Kalyan, but we make it work. We handle the day-to-day tasks of building projects, from checking on materials to making sure the workers are on site. It’s a lot of coordination for one person and a small team. We don't use any fancy management speak or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just honest construction work. Some days are very long, especially when there’s a deadline or a problem on-site that needs fixing right away. We keep our records here in the flat and try to stay organized among all the noise. People usually find us because they’ve seen our work nearby. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, and we prefer it that way. We just focus on the job at hand and get it done.
