Saish Infraventures Llp

Our little office is over in Nerul, specifically Shop C 29 in Sector 4. It’s not a huge place, just a simple shop-front that we’ve converted into a workspace for Saish Infraventures. Being in Nerul is handy because we are right in the middle of a lot of new development. We spend our days mostly coordinating with different vendors and keeping track of our various ventures. It’s a lot of phone calls and ledger books. The shop gets a bit of foot traffic because of where it’s located, but we mostly focus on the back-end side of construction and infrastructure. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just a few of us making sure the projects stay on track. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have all our files out, but it’s enough for what we need right now. We’ve got a small desk for everyone and a tiny corner for making tea. It’s a practical setup. Most of the time, our team is out on-site, so the shop is just a place to touch base and file reports. We like the local vibe of Sector 4. It’s a busy neighborhood with plenty of tea stalls nearby, which is where we usually end up for our breaks. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we are just a local infra firm doing the work day by day as things come up.
