SAIHARI OM BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED

Saihari Om Builders & Developers (India) Private Limited has its office in Shop No. 140, which is part of Plot No. 62 in Sector-11. We are located in the CBD area, which is a big hub for all sorts of businesses. Our shop is just one of many in the block, and it is where we handle all the developer work we do. It is a functional space. We have a couple of computers, a lot of site photos pinned up, and plenty of ledgers. It is not the kind of place where you will find marble floors or expensive art. We are more interested in the actual building and development side of things than having a fancy office. Most days involve a lot of meetings with contractors or people looking to buy into a new project. Sector-11 is a busy place, so there is always a lot of movement outside our door. We like the energy of the CBD, as it keeps us on our toes. The office can get a bit crowded when we have a few people visiting at once, but we make it work. It is just a straightforward place for a building company. We focus on the bricks and mortar and the legal side of things from this little shop, and that has worked out fine for us so far.
