We operate out of Padam Sagar Bungalow. It is right opposite the old telephone exchange, which is a landmark most people in the area know. Being in a bungalow instead of a high-rise makes things feel a bit more relaxed, I think. Sai Ss Buildcon is basically just us working on local construction and building projects. We don’t have a flashy reception area or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find us sitting around the main table talking about the next phase of a project. The garden outside is a bit overgrown, but it’s nice to have some green around. We deal with all the usual stuff like site visits, talking to contractors, and trying to stay on schedule. It’s hard work and the sun can be brutal when we are out on the field. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, like when material deliveries are late or the weather turns bad. We just figure it out. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a bit, and we like the pace here. It is quiet compared to the main city. We don’t do much advertising; people usually just hear about us from someone else. It's a simple way to run a business. We focus on the bricks and mortar and leave the fancy talk to others. It’s just a regular day-to-day life for us at the bungalow.
