We are Sai Siddhanath Construction Private Limited. Our office is tucked away in Damodar Apartment on Station Road, right on the 6th floor. If you know where Ashok Talkies is in Thane West, then you know exactly where we are because it’s just a stone's throw away. It’s a busy part of town, always lots of noise from the station and people moving around all day long. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of building things. It’s a lot of dusty shoes and stacks of blueprints piled up on desks. We aren't some massive corporate outfit with a hundred people in suits. It is just us here, making sure the work gets done. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess because we are more focused on the sites than keeping the files perfectly straight. We deal with all kinds of construction work around here. It’s hard work, and the weather doesn't always help, especially when the rains hit Thane hard. We’ve been at this for a while now. We know the local area well. Most days involve talking to suppliers or checking on the progress of a wall or a floor. We don't really do the whole fancy marketing thing. We just focus on the bricks and the mortar and making sure the structures stay up. If you come by the office, we might be out at a site, but usually, someone is around to talk.
