SAHAJI SHAH CONSTRUCTION MULTI PROJECT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We're based out of Mira Road East, specifically in the Subhadra Park area. It's a residential neighborhood mostly, so it's a bit quieter than the main part of the city. Our office is in 101/B. We handle different kinds of construction projects as an OPC, so it feels more personal than those giant firms you see. I spend a lot of time looking at site reports and checking on progress. The neighborhood here is growing fast, and you can see new buildings going up everywhere. We try to keep our heads down and just do the work. There’s always some paperwork to file or a permit to wait for. It can be frustrating, but that’s the reality of building things here. We have a small desk for guests, but mostly it's just us working through the details. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. We keep a kettle in the corner for making tea when the afternoon slump hits. The desk is usually covered in site photos and handwritten notes about material costs. We aren't some big firm with a fancy receptionist. Usually, if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. Mira Road has its own charm, even if it's getting more crowded. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build stuff and try to stay within the budget. It’s an honest way to keep busy and keep the business moving.
