The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular apartment converted into a workspace where we manage our infrastructure and building projects. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here—contracts, drawings, and phone calls. It can get pretty noisy outside with the market nearby, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been in Ambernath for a while and like being part of the local community. It’s a straightforward business. We don't go for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just focus on getting the building work done. Sometimes things get a little behind schedule when supplies are slow, but we deal with it as it comes. Being in Omkarprabha Apartment makes it easy for us to stay connected to the sites we have running in this part of Maharashtra. It’s a honest day's work for us. We just keep things simple and try to stay organized in the middle of all the construction dust and paperwork that usually fills the room. It is a lot of work, but we manage to stay on top of things most of the time.
