Our office is located at Highland Corporate, right there by Kapurbawadi Naka in Thane. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty busy around the junction. We are up in SB-155, just above the B section. SAAKAR REALTY AND INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED has been operating out of this spot for a bit now. It’s a decent place to work from, even if the traffic outside can be a headache during rush hour. We mostly deal with infrastructure and realty stuff, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. There’s always someone coming in or out with plans and documents. We aren't really into those big, flashy corporate presentations you see on TV. We prefer just sitting down and talking about what needs to happen to get a project finished. The space we have isn't overly huge, but it fits the team and our gear. Thane is a fast-growing place, and being at this specific Naka means we are right in the middle of all the new construction. We see the changes happening every day from our windows. It's honest work. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some drawings or fix a mistake in the records. That’s just how it goes when you’re trying to build things. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you'll just find one of us at a desk. We just try to keep things straightforward and clear for everyone involved. It works for us.
