S. S. Balliawi Construction Builders And Developers Private Limited is based out of Office Number 15 in the Hill Spring building. We are right opposite the D Mart in Kavesar, which is a major landmark on G B Road. If you’ve ever driven down G B Road, you know how busy it gets with all the new complexes and shops popping up. Our office is a busy little place where we manage various building projects. Having D Mart across the street is convenient for errands, but it also means there’s always a lot of people and traffic around. We aren't doing anything flashy here. The office is just a room with some computers, a couple of chairs, and a whole lot of files. We build and develop properties, which is a lot of hard work and requires keeping track of many moving parts. Sometimes things go smoothly, and other times there are delays with materials or labor, but we just deal with it. We’ve been in the Kavesar area for a while now and have seen it turn from mostly empty land into a crowded suburb. It’s a lot to keep up with, but we enjoy the challenge of seeing a project through from the ground up. We’re just a team of regular people working in construction, trying to stay organized and get the job done.
