At S R Giant Projects LLP, we operate out of Shop No 02 in Swastik Park. It’s located in KBK Nagar along the Manore Road in Chinchpada, Kalyan. The area is usually quite busy with people going to and from work. Our shop isn’t very large, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We spend our days looking over project details and talking to people on the phone. The road outside can be pretty loud with the rickshaws and trucks passing by all day. We keep a simple setup with a couple of chairs and some basic office stuff. It’s a bit dusty because of the road, but that’s just how it is in Kalyan. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us in the neighborhood. Thane is a large place, but Chinchpada feels like its own little world. We usually open up early and stay until the work is done. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench when it’s not too hot. We deal with various projects and it keeps us busy from morning to night. It’s honest work and we do it from this small shop. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and we know the other shopkeepers well. It’s a community vibe rather than a corporate one.
