Our workshop is based out in the Bhiwandi district. It’s an area known for warehouses and industrial stuff, so we fit right in. We deal with rotative process equipment. It sounds technical, and it is, but to us, it’s just the daily grind of metal and machinery. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure the equipment is put together correctly. It gets quite loud in here when the machines are running. We started out small and just kept at it. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and doing the work. The roads around here can be pretty rough, especially when it rains, but we make it work. Most of our guys have been with us for years. They know the machines inside out. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a place where you’re likely to get some grease on your hands. We focus on making things that actually work for the people who buy them. If a part isn't right, we fix it. That's the way we've always done things. Bhiwandi is a good spot for us because of the space. We can move big parts around without too much trouble. It's a busy place, always something happening. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders we have for the week. It’s simple, honest work that keeps the lights on.
