You can find ROSWALT INFRA & CONSTRUCTION LLP over at Mira Road East. We are in Flat No. 703 of Poonam Residency, which is Building No. 97 in Shanti Park. It’s a residential area, so our office has a bit of a homey feel to it, even though we’re busy with construction and infrastructure stuff. Most of our work happens out on various sites, but we come back here to Shanti Park to handle the billing and the planning side of things. Mira Road is growing so much, and there is always some new project starting up. We try to keep ourselves busy with the local work. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s just a flat where we keep our computers and files. We spend a lot of time coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough cement or steel for the week. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when everyone is there at once, but we make it work. We don't really believe in using big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to do a decent job of it. Life in Mira Road is fast, and we just try to stay on track with our deadlines. It’s a lot of back and forth, but being based in Shanti Park makes it a bit easier to manage everything in this part of town. We just keep at it every day.
