ROHISH CONSTRUCTION LLP is over in Bhayander East. We are located at D/217 in the Ramnagar A CHS Ltd. Our building is right on Navghar Phatak Road. It’s a very lively street, especially because it leads toward the station. There are always people walking by and shops opening up early. Our office is a small unit on the second floor. It’s where we do all the boring but necessary stuff like payroll, material orders, and permit applications. We aren't a massive outfit. It’s just a handful of us who know the construction trade. We have maps of the local area pinned to the walls and a lot of site photos lying around. Navghar Phatak Road is a good place to be because we are right in the thick of things. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with the work crews and making sure the supplies arrive. Sometimes there are delays with the trucks because of the traffic on the Phatak road, but we manage. We’ve lived and worked in this part of town for a long time, so we know how to get things done here. It’s not a fancy life, but we like the work. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure they are done properly according to the plans. It takes time, but we don't mind the pace. We just want to do right by the project.
