We are Rkss Developer and our main office is in Thane. We work out of the Gemini building in Hiranandani Meadows on Pokhran Road No 2. It’s a nice area of the city. We are up on the 2503rd flat in the A-Wing. Most of our work involves real estate and development projects around the Thane-400610 area. It’s a private limited company that we started to handle local construction and property stuff. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. Thane has grown so much lately, so there’s always something happening with new buildings. We try to stay focused on what’s right in front of us. It isn't always easy dealing with all the paperwork and permissions required for development. We just take it day by day. The office is where we do all the planning. Sometimes it feels like we live there when a big project is starting. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group trying to build things that last. Pokhran Road is a good spot for us because it’s central to where we work. We don't spend money on big ads. We just hope our work speaks for itself. If you're in the Meadows area, you've probably seen our building. It's a busy life but we enjoy the challenge of making new spaces for people to live in. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while going over the schedule. It keeps the mood light during hectic weeks.
