Rjc Contractors is located in Badlapur, specifically in Satyam Eleganza. Our shop number is B/011. It’s part of the Sarvodaya complex. Being in a shopfront means we get a lot of people just walking by and looking in. We don’t mind. Badlapur is a growing place, and there’s always something being built or fixed. Our office is small and functional. We have some samples of materials lying around and a desk where we do all the billing and planning. Contracting is a tough business because there are always delays or things you didn't expect, like the weather or a late delivery. We spend a lot of time on our phones talking to workers and clients. It’s not a quiet job. There’s usually someone coming in to drop off a tool or ask a question about a quote. The Thane area is where most of our work happens. We keep the shop open during regular hours, but often we’re out at a site in the afternoon. We have a small team, and we all do a bit of everything. There’s no one here whose job is just to sit at a desk all day. We’ve been in Satyam Eleganza for a while now and we like the community here. It’s a good spot for a contracting business like ours. We just take things one project at a time and try to keep everyone on the same page.
