Our office is located in Seawood Grand, right in Sector 40 of Thane. It is a big building and sometimes finding the right elevator to get to F-607 can be a bit of a headache for people visiting the first time. We spend a lot of time here dealing with the construction side of things. It is Maharashtra, so the weather usually dictates how much we can actually get done on the sites. When it’s raining hard, we are mostly stuck inside this office in Plot R-1 doing the planning and sorting out the permits. Thane is always growing, and being at Seawood Grand puts us right in the center of that movement. We started this building company because we knew the area well and saw how much work needed to be done. It is not always easy. Sometimes there are delays with materials or the labor doesn't show up on time, but we just manage it as it comes. The office is practical. We have some chairs, a few big tables for the site maps, and a lot of coffee. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing. We just talk about bricks, cement, and how to finish the next floor. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on the guys at the different sectors. It gets noisy sometimes but that is the nature of the building business here.
