We run Rising Goals Developers Llp from the first floor of Regency House. We are located right near the Telephone Exchange and opposite Vishnu Dars. It is a good spot because everyone knows the landmark. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking on site progress and meeting with vendors. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do a solid job on the projects we take on. The office at Regency House is where we do all the planning and the boring stuff like accounting. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We have been focusing on local development for a while now. Some projects are easier than others, but there is always something that comes up that we didn't expect. That is just part of the game. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We build things and we sell them. It takes a lot of sweat and long hours, especially when deadlines are close. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on the drawings. It keeps the mood light when the stress levels get high. Most of our visitors are people from the neighborhood or contractors we have known for years. It’s a very local operation. It’s nothing too complicated, just working hard to finish what we started.
