We've been at B/302 in the New Gulmohar Building for a while now. Most people know the spot because it’s right behind Bhanu Park. RINWA DEVELOPERS LLP is just a group of us working on local building projects. We spend a lot of time on Navghar Road dealing with the usual daily tasks that come with construction. It's not always easy, but we keep at it. Some days are just meetings and paperwork, while other days we are out on site checking things. We aren't a massive company with fancy lobbies. It’s a functional office where we get things done. We started here because we liked the neighborhood. It’s busy but has a good feel to it. If you’re looking for us, just head towards the park and look for the building. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with land and buildings involves a lot of back and forth with different people, and we manage that from this office. There’s always coffee on the desk and plans spread out everywhere. We focus on what’s in front of us. Construction is a lot of hard work and we don't try to sugarcoat that. It’s about getting the walls up and making sure the plumbing works. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit since we set up shop. It's nice to be part of the local scene here. That’s pretty much who we are and what we do.
