REGENCY INFRABUILD LLP

Regency Infrabuild LLP is located right on the first floor of Regency House. If you know where the telephone exchange is near Vishnu in Thane, we are just opposite that. It’s a busy spot, always a lot of traffic and people moving around. We spend most of our time dealing with building projects and all the logistics that go along with that. Our office isn’t huge, but it gets the job done for what we need. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the street noise outside, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been around this part of Maharashtra for a bit now. Being in Thane means we’re always in the middle of everything. We handle a lot of the back-end work for infrastructure stuff. It involves a lot of phone calls and checking on sites. There are days when nothing seems to go right, like a delivery being late or a permit taking forever. But that is just how this industry works. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our part and keep the projects moving forward. It’s honest work. Most of us have been living in this area for years, so we know the roads and the shortcuts pretty well. That helps when we have to get somewhere fast.
