REGAL BUILDSPACE LLP

Regal Buildspace LLP is based out of the first floor at Regency House. It is easy to find because we are right near the telephone exchange and just across from Vishnu Dars. Most days it is quite busy around here with the traffic and people coming and going. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Being on the first floor helps when the elevator is acting up, which happens more than it should. We spend a lot of time looking over plans and making calls. It gets pretty loud outside during rush hour, but we are used to it by now. People sometimes get lost looking for the telephone exchange, so we just tell them to look for the sign near Vishnu Dars. It is a local business and we’ve been in this spot for a while. We handle the paperwork and the coordination from this desk. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just us and the files. The walls are a bit plain, but they hold up the roof. We try to keep things moving along even when the weather is bad or the power goes out for a bit. It is just a normal day-to-day operation here. We are just people working in a building, trying to make things happen in the construction world without making a big fuss about it.
