We’re based over in Thane - 06, specifically at J.K. Grame Chi Rag Nagar. It’s right opposite Samata Nagar, so it’s pretty easy to find if you know the area well. As Raymond Company, we’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite a while. The building isn't anything modern, just a solid place where we get our work done every day. Most of the folks working here live nearby in Thane. We start our shifts and get straight to whatever is on the list for the day. It’s not a quiet place, especially with all the traffic outside Samata Nagar. You get used to the noise of the street after a few days. We have our own way of doing things here. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated systems to manage things. It’s just about getting the tasks finished on time. When it’s monsoon season, things get a bit damp, but we make sure to keep the stock dry. It’s a practical life for us. We drink our chai and talk about the day while we work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look or fancy offices. We just want to do the job we’re supposed to do. It’s a decent place to spend the day with good people who work hard.
