3Teck Engineering

Our shop is tucked away on Dadalani Road, right across from the Gajanan building in Balkum. If you know Thane West, you know this area gets pretty busy. We are in Shop No. 3. It is not a very big space, but we have managed to fit everything we need for our engineering work inside. Most of the time, there is a lot of metal or parts laying around because we are always in the middle of some project. The neighbors are nice, mostly other small businesses and some residential blocks. It’s a very local vibe here. You can hear the traffic from the main road all day. We start early in the morning and usually don't leave until late if a job needs finishing. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we go for breaks. The building itself is older, but it serves us well. We do not have air conditioning throughout the whole place, just in the small cabin area. It gets warm in the afternoons during summer. People stop by to ask questions or check on orders quite often. We don't really do much advertising; people just find us because we've been in this spot for a bit. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the machines are running. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with oil and scraps, but we clean up at the end of the week.
