Our workshop is tucked away in Jogeshwari West, specifically over by 22nd Main in the II Sector. We are quite close to the Agarwal Industrial Estate, which is a busy place to be. Engineering work isn't always the cleanest, so the floor here usually has some grease or metal shavings on it by the time the afternoon rolls around. We’ve got various machines set up in the back and a small desk area near the front where we keep the folders and the phone. It’s a bit of a maze with all the parts we have stored on the shelves. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is asking for, but we usually know where everything is hidden. The heat can get pretty intense under the roof, so the fans are always going full blast. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door wipes their hands on a rag and goes to talk to them. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it for quite some time now. We see a lot of the same delivery drivers every week. The area is always crowded with small trucks and people moving goods, so getting in and out of the estate can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We just stay focused on the jobs we have.
