Citec Engg India Pvt Ltd is based at 9 3 Blossom CHS on Dr Lazurus Road in the Charai area of Thane. It’s a typical Maharashtra neighborhood with lots of old buildings and narrow streets. Our office is inside the cooperative housing society which gives it a very local feel. We aren't some big shiny corporation in a glass tower. We are just a group of people working out of a couple of rooms. The address 400602 is where we spend most of our waking hours. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time but we manage. There is a lot of history in the Charai area and we like being part of it. Dr Lazurus Road can get very busy during the school runs and evening market times. We mostly do engineering work which requires a lot of concentration. Sometimes the noise from the street makes that hard but we are used to it. We don't have any marketing people telling us what to say. We just tell people where we are and what we are working on. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know we are just regular folks who work hard. It’s a simple life here in Thane and we wouldn't have it any other way.
