B. D. Malhotra Engineering And Consultancy Sevices

Our office is located up on the sixth floor of Techno Park-2 in Thakur Village. It is a very busy part of Kandivali East with people constantly rushing around. B. D. Malhotra Engineering is mostly focused on the technical side of things, like consulting and project planning. We don't have any heavy machines or loud workshops here, just a couple of computers and a lot of drawing boards. The view from our window is mostly just other tall buildings and the busy highway in the distance. It is a bit different from a typical workshop environment. We spend a lot of our time looking over government regulations and checking structural plans. It is usually pretty quiet in here compared to the noise of the street down below. We get a lot of local developers and builders coming by to talk through their new projects. Sometimes we sit here for hours just arguing over a single small detail on a blueprint. I have been in this profession for a long time, so I have watched how this whole neighborhood has changed. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of junior staff members. It is a small team, so you usually end up talking directly to me about your work. We don't use a lot of fancy technical jargon if we can help it. We just want the numbers to work out for everyone. It saves time.
