Ravat C Property Developers LLP is situated in Mulund West. Our office is actually up on the 19th floor of Moksh Mahal CHS, in Flat No 1901. Being that high up on P K Road gives us a pretty good view of the surrounding Thane area, though we are mostly looking at blueprints or computer screens. The building is a cooperative housing society, so it feels more like a community than a cold office park. Getting up to the 19th floor takes a minute when the lifts are busy, but it is a quiet place to get work done once you are there. Mulund is a nice part of the city, and being on P K Road means we are close to everything we need. We handle property development from this flat, and it is usually filled with maps and project files. The address is 400080, and we have been operating here for a while. It is a simple setup with a few desks and a table for meetings. We do not have any corporate branding on the walls or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we try to stay organized and keep our projects moving forward. Sometimes the wind gets really strong up there on the 19th floor, but it is better than the noise down on the street. We are happy to be Ravat C Property Developers LLP.
