Our office is right at Tembi Naka in Thane, specifically in the Brite Premises building. We are in shop number one, which is part of Acharya Wada. It's directly across from the C R Wadia Hospital, so if you know that area, we are very easy to spot. The location is quite old-school and has a lot of history. Being on the ground floor makes it convenient for people to just walk in. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a shop that we’ve converted into our main workspace for Rata Mahavir Realcon Llp. We deal with real estate matters and construction details all day. The street outside is always bustling. You can hear the noise from the hospital and the traffic constantly. Inside, it’s a bit calmer. We have our files stacked up and some computers running. The team is small, and we’ve all been together for a while now. We know the neighbors around Tembi Naka pretty well. It’s a tight-knit spot. Sometimes we stand outside for a bit of fresh air and watch the crowds go by. The address is quite a mouthful when you write it down, but it’s a solid place to be. We focus on the daily tasks and keeping our records straight. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of setup. We like being in this part of town because everything is within reach. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us here at the shop.
