RAMSHA CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Our office is in Koparkhairane, over in Navi Mumbai. We are at D/15/2 in the Yashodhan CHS, which is Sector-22. It’s a pretty good location because we are right near the municipal hospital, so everyone knows the area. It is a typical neighborhood setup. We have a small ground-floor office where we handle all the construction planning. It’s not very big, and it gets a bit crowded when the whole crew is here at once. We do a lot of work around Thane and Navi Mumbai. The morning commute can be tough, but we are used to it by now. We are a small outfit, mostly just family and a few workers who have been with us since the start. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning in every corner. We just have our desks and some benches for people to sit on while they wait to talk to us. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out at a site making sure the bricks are being laid right. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to finish the job and move on to the next one so we can pay our bills. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy and we like the people we work with in the neighborhood. We mostly just drink our tea and look at the project schedules.
