Ramaaie Housing Llp is located in Anand Nagar, right on G.B. Road. We are up on the 17th floor of the C Wing in the Sudarshan Builders building. It’s quite a way up, so the view of G.B. Road is actually pretty good from our window. You can see the traffic crawling along for miles in both directions. Our office is small for being in such a large building. We have a few desks squeezed together and a corner where we keep all our project files in boxes. It gets a bit crowded when we have more than a couple of people visiting at the same time. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing. We’re more about just getting the daily work done. Most days we are busy with housing projects and checking on the progress at different sites. G.B. Road is always expanding and changing, so there is always something new to look at. We’ve had our share of ups and downs with different building projects, but we just keep at it. We don't use any fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just try to build houses that people can actually live in without too many problems. Sometimes the lift in the C Wing takes forever to arrive, which can be annoying when we’re in a hurry. But we’ve gotten used to it. We are just a local LLP trying to make a living.
