We're based in Shahapur, specifically at Khalcha Naka in Sawant Vihar. Our office is at House Number 1752/2. It's a quiet area compared to the city. Rajdeep Infracon LLP is basically just us doing infrastructure work. We do roads, drains, whatever is needed in the locality. Sometimes we have to travel a bit further out for jobs. It's hard work, mostly outdoors. We spend a lot of time checking on sites and making sure the supplies arrived on time. Shahapur is where we live and work, so we know the people here. We aren't some massive corporation from Mumbai. We are just local people trying to earn a living by building things. The guys on the crew have been with us for a bit. We've seen the area change over the years. Some days the heat is too much, other days it's the rain. We just work through it. Our office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the files and meet up in the morning. We take on whatever projects come our way. Sometimes it’s big, sometimes it’s a small fix. We don’t really mind. It’s all about getting the task finished. We’ve been at this address for some time now. If you’re passing Khalcha Naka, you’ve probably seen our boards. We just do the job and move to the next one. That's how we stay afloat. We take it one day at a time.
