We are located in Office 209 at Vardhman Market. It's right in Sector 17 of Vashi. Navi Mumbai has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been here watching it happen from our spot on Plot 75. Radium Developers is a small team. We don't spend much on advertising because we’re usually too busy at the actual sites. Vashi is a busy place, and getting into the office every morning is a bit of a scramble with all the market traffic. We started this company to handle local building needs. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in Thane, just trying to stay busy and do the job right. Our office isn't anything special, just some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend our days checking on contractors and making sure the materials arrive on time. Sometimes the supply chain gets messed up and we have to spend hours on the phone. It’s not a glamorous life, but we like being part of the growth here. We know the shortcuts around the city and which tea stall has the best snacks. If you need to find us, just head to the market. We’re usually there till late, trying to finish up the day's paperwork or planning for tomorrow. It's a simple operation, run by people who live right here in the area. We just want to build things that stand up well over time.
