We are based in Thane, specifically in the Kharegaon area on M. P. Road. Our office is in the Maitri Vatika building, unit 708, which is named Tulsi. It’s a decent spot in a part of Thane that has seen a lot of change over the years. We deal with properties, so being in a growing area like this is helpful. The office isn't very large, just enough space for us to sit down with people and look at maps or property documents. We aren't really into the high-pressure sales stuff you might find elsewhere. We just show people what is available and let them decide. Kharegaon has a lot of families and small businesses, so we fit right in. Most days involve us driving around to different plots or flats to check on things. We know the local roads and the shortcuts to avoid the Thane traffic when it gets bad. We’ve got a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or going to the government office for some registration work. It can be a lot of walking and talking, but that is the nature of the property business. We don't have a fancy logo or a big marketing budget. We just rely on being here and knowing the neighborhood well enough to help people find what they need. We've been at this for a bit now and we just take things as they come.
