We’ve been working out of the Kasturi Plaza building for a while now. It’s located right on Manpada Road here in Dombivali East. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with all the people coming and going. We have our little spot on the fifth floor, suite D-503. Most mornings start with a lot of tea and looking over site plans or handling some paperwork that piled up from the day before. It isn't a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. Just a few desks, some chairs, and plenty of files. We focus on the construction side of things around Kalyan and Thane. Dealing with contractors and getting materials delivered on time takes up a big chunk of our day. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a workout. We’ve grown to know the neighbors around here pretty well over the months. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Most of the guys on the team are from around here, so we understand how things work in this part of Maharashtra. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just try to get the jobs done so we can move on to the next one. The traffic outside on Manpada Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but that’s just life in Dombivali. We keep the doors open and just keep at it.
