We are located in shop number 59 on the first floor of the Cine Wonder Shopping Complex. If you know G B Road in Thane, you know it’s one of the busiest stretches of road in the whole area. The complex has a lot of foot traffic because of the shops and the cinema, but upstairs on the first floor where we are, it’s a bit more geared toward offices and services. Our shop is quite small, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a few people over for a meeting. Working in a shopping mall is a bit different from a regular office building because you always hear the muffled sound of music or people talking in the corridors. We don't have a fancy glass front, just a regular door with our name on it. G B Road is always under some kind of construction or has heavy traffic, so getting here in the morning is usually the hardest part of the day. We spend most of our time on the phone or working on the computer. It’s a simple, honest setup. We don't go in for any of that corporate talk; we just handle the properties and assets as they come. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s slow, but we’re here every day. It’s a convenient location for people to drop by since everyone knows where Cine Wonder is. We just keep our heads down and work.
