PUNYAAI CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED operates from Building No. 12 in the Vasant Leela complex. We are in Flat No. 704, right on G.B. Road in Thane. It’s a busy road, so there’s always the sound of traffic in the background. We have been in this spot for several years now. Our office is where we do all the boring but necessary stuff like payroll and planning schedules. Most of our actual work happens out on the construction sites spread across Thane and the surrounding areas. We are a small, local outfit and we like to keep it that way. We don't have a big corporate headquarters with a lobby. Instead, we have a kitchen where we make tea and a few rooms filled with files and blueprints. We work with a lot of local laborers and suppliers we’ve known for a long time. It’s not always easy, especially when the monsoon hits and everything slows down. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. We aren't here to promise anything impossible. We just do the work we said we would do. If you need to find us, just look for Vasant Leela on the main road. We’re usually here until late in the evening making sure everything is ready for the next day. It’s a lot of work but it's what we know.
