Our office is over in Mira Road East, specifically in the Akanksha building which is part of the Prem Nagar area. If you know the Shanti Garden neighborhood, we are right there in that Mahada pocket. It is a pretty normal setup in unit 902 on the ninth floor. We have been working under the name P.R.P.R. Infrastructure And Developers Llp for a bit now. Most days it’s just us handling the usual paperwork and planning that comes with development work in Thane. The area gets a bit busy during the morning hours, but that is just how it is around here. We don’t have any fancy lobby or anything like that, just a regular workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the lift takes a while, so we just wait and chat. It is a local operation through and through. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to do something of our own in the infrastructure space. Being in Mira Road means we are close to a lot of the projects we look at. The address is 3/A-902, which isn't hard to find once you get into the complex. We keep things simple and don't really go for all that corporate talk you see elsewhere. It’s just about showing up, making some calls, and keeping the projects moving forward one day at a time. The local tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up talking about the day's tasks.
