Propgenesis Private Limited is situated over at A-402 in the Shree Drusti building. We are located in Kasarvadavali, Thane, right near Rajresi. It is a growing part of the city, and we have seen a lot of new things pop up around here lately. Our team deals with property-related matters, hence the name Propgenesis. It is not always glamorous work; it involves a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is in order for the projects we handle. The office is a fairly simple setup where a few of us sit and coordinate everything. We are not into big marketing slogans or anything like that. We just prefer to handle our business quietly and efficiently. Being in Kasarvadavali means we are away from the worst of the city traffic, though the Ghodbunder Road area can still get pretty jammed up. We usually start the morning with a quick meeting to see what is on the plate for the day. Sometimes there are surprises with the sites, but we just deal with them as they happen. It is a practical way to run things. We have been in this building for a while now and the neighbors are nice enough. It is just a group of regular people working hard to make sure our property ventures stay on track without any major hitches or delays. We focus on the work instead of fancy presentations.
