We’re located in the Kajawa Society, right on Nanadivli Cross Road in Dombivli East. It’s unit number 006. If you know the RG Patilwadi or Ekta Nagar area, you’ve probably passed by us. It’s a regular neighborhood, not a big industrial park. We like it that way because it feels more like being part of the local community in Thane. Our work involves project management and getting things built. It’s a lot of coordination between different people and places. The office isn't very big, but it’s where we do all our thinking and planning. We started this as a private limited company because we wanted to build something that would last. It’s just a handful of us working here. You won’t find any polished marketing brochures on our desks. Instead, there are usually just half-finished cups of chai and piles of site reports. Living and working in Dombivli means we understand how things work around here. The roads can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, especially during the monsoon, but we make it work. We aren't interested in being the most famous company in Maharashtra. We just want to get the projects done right so we can move on to the next one. It’s simple, practical work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Most of our neighbors know us by name now, which is nice.
