Our office is tucked away on the first floor of Regency House, right in the heart of Ulhasnagar. If you know the area near the telephone exchange and opposite Vishnu Dars, you probably passed by us without even noticing. We started Promisive Developers because we wanted to be part of the way this neighborhood is growing. It’s a crowded part of town, and finding space to build isn’t always simple, but we make it work. Most of the time, the office is a bit of a mess with blueprints and tea cups everywhere. We spend our mornings talking to contractors and our afternoons checking on sites around Thane. There is always something that needs fixing or a permit that needs following up on, which keeps us pretty busy. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of people; it’s just a small group of us trying to do decent work in the local area. Sometimes things go slow, and other times we are rushing to meet a deadline before the monsoon hits. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we enjoy seeing a building actually go up from nothing. We’ve lived and worked around here for years, so we understand how the local regulations and the people work. It’s not about being the biggest, it’s just about being here and getting the building job done right for whoever needs it. We try to stay sensible and keep our feet on the ground.
