Premear Landmark Developers Llp operates out of Rose Apartment, which is on the first floor in the A Wing. We are located right opposite Goyal Plaza on N H School Road in Mira Road East. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of schools and shops nearby. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need. We focus on developing residential and commercial spots around this area. A lot of our day is spent talking to people—either folks looking for a new place to stay or the guys actually doing the brickwork on site. We’ve been here long enough to see how Mira Road has changed over the years. It’s gotten a lot more crowded, that’s for sure. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. Some days the phone won't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We try to be fair with everyone we deal with because we live in this community too. It wouldn't be right to do anything else. You can usually find one of us at the office during the day, probably complaining about the heat or the price of cement. It is just a regular local business trying to make things work one day at a time.
