Our office is located in the Regency Heights building, specifically in Victor, room 2/1404. It’s right near the Azad Nagar Circle in Thane. If you know the Brahmand Phase I area, you know it’s a fairly busy spot with plenty of people around. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a while now. It’s high up, so we get a decent view of the surroundings while we work on our construction plans. The space isn’t very big, but we’ve managed to fit all the desks and computers we need to keep things running. There’s usually a pile of blueprints in the corner and someone is always on the phone with a contractor or a supplier. It gets a bit hectic when we have several projects going at once, but we manage. We aren’t the type to have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting around the main table working. Thane is a good place for a construction firm because there is always something being built or fixed. We like being part of that. The building itself is well-maintained, and the neighbors are mostly families or other small businesses. It’s a professional environment but without the stiff feel of a corporate headquarters. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it’s checking on a site or finishing up some paperwork for the city. It is just us doing what we know how to do.
